Can I bring my own cake & decoration?

Yes of course, and we will even personally sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you! Don’t forget we offer dinner on the house for the birthday person! Subscribe to our mailing list for full T&C’s and get the secret code!

Do you have wheelchair access?

Unfortunately, we do not! Steps are required to enter Rio’s Restaurant which is located in the basement of Cunard House, 28 Loch Promenade, Douglas.

Do you provide high chairs?

Yes! We have 6 high chairs available, please advise how many you require upon booking to ensure reservation.

How do I pay the deposit?

For 8 guests or more we do require a deposit of £10 per person. It can be paid over the phone or personally at the restaurant in Douglas.

I have an allergy or dietary requirement, what can I eat?

For any allergy or dietary requirements, please speak to a member of staff at least 48 hours prior to your reservation so we can cater to your needs.

Is there parking at Rio’s?

We do not supply private parking at our restaurant, however we do have street parking spaces outside the restaurant. Please note this free parking area is a disc zone of up to 2 hours. Some areas have no limitations on Sundays, please check the parking permit signs where you park.
